Delivery & Returns Policy
The objective of Paragon Training is to deliver consistently high levels of service and quality in all areas of our business especially with after care, sales care and guarantee cover.
All other brands are covered under the terms of the brand warranty.
All Products returned due to defect will be replaced on return of defect item at no cost to the customer.
After 7 days of receiving the product Paragon Training do not offer refunds or allow customers to cancel their order.
Paragon Training will endeavour to deliver all items within 14 days to mainland UK only; however, most deliveries will take place within a few days. Express & overseas delivery will be quoted upon request.
The items dispatched on a preview basis for a 10 day no obligation period. It is required that you use some form of recorded delivery which will cover the lost items. Should you need an extension on this time period, please contact us. For Lost/damaged preview DVD's, a hire charge of £95.00 is applicable per item per week. For sales copies, the full purchase price will be applicable.

Claims: Claims for damage for short deliveries must be made within 3 days
Property & Risk: Property of goods shall not pass to the buyer until the invoice has been paid in full. Risk on all goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery.
All cancelled orders up to 7 days will incur an admin charge of 20%.
